The order form that can be viewed/downloaded here, fill it out and mailed to FSK Post 11, Attn: Cash Blast, 1450 Taney Ave, Frederick, MD 21702. You may also stop by the lounge and purchase some at the bar. Tickets are $10.00 each with the last ticket drawn winning $10,000.
