To view a PDF document on a desktop just click the link and it will open in a new tab/window in your browser. Note: Chrome users, you can normally open PDFs automatically in Chrome by clicking on the file you want to see. If your PDFs are downloading instead of opening automatically in Chrome, the Chrome PDF viewer could be turned off. Please use this link in your browser to your Chrome settings: chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments Make sure the button is in the off position to view PDFs rather than download them.

To view a PDF on a mobile device click the link and then open, dependent of the device, the PDF will be viewed or the PDF will download to your device where you can use a PDF viewer app to view the document.
